New For 2001
Acrophobia & Deja-Vu
Opens Spring 2001

Like 2 other Six Flags parks, Six Flags Over Georgia will be recieving an awesome Deja-Vu Super Invertigo coaster from Vekoma, but the real treat lies in their other new ride. Acrophobia will be the world's second Gyro-Drop freefall tower, which means that it basically spins up to the top giving everyone a great view of the whole park. When it hits the top it stops spinning and just drops. But the real kicker in this model is that you will have the option to stand, which also makes it the world's second standing freefall tower. The park is also adding the first Six Flags virtual queuing system called Fast Lane, which will hopefull be sucessful and be installed at all the Six Flags parks in the very near future. What a great year for Six Flags Over Georgia this is going to be!
